All orders will be shipped within 2 business days via UPS Ground from our office in Clovis, CA. If you have any questions or concerns about ordering please contact us by email or phone.

Proof of purchase required. Refunds and exchanges are accepted for purchases made directly from clearbumper.com within the United States. Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.

Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase and include all packaging and contents. Please include all used and unused products to receive a refund. There will be a $5.00 return processing fee on all orders returned.

Please Contact us within 30 days of your purchase and provide us your name, order number, the item name, quantity, and the reason for your return.

You will receive an email from clearbumper.com with our RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). You must write this number clearly on the outside of the package you will be sending to us. This is how we identify your return. Failure to provide us with this number will result in refusal of the return.

It is HIGHLY recommended you ship your return with some type of tracking number or delivery confirmation number to ensure your package is returned to us.

Once the returned merchandise is received and processed by us, we will gladly credit your account minus $5.00 return processing fee per item. Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be processed. You will be notified via email once your credit has been processed.

Your credit card issuer does not notify us when the credit is refunded to your account. This information must be requested from the credit card issuer.

No refunds on special orders. We do not refund shipping costs.

If any product is found to be defective within 60 days of purchase, return the unused defective product, to clearbumper.com with the proof of purchase, and we will gladly exchange it.

Item(s) must be returned within 60 days of purchase and must be in its original unused condition, include all packaging and contents.
